The MSc degree in Parasitology offers a unique programme focusing on the scientific aspects of parasites in food and in ecological production, as well as the dynamics and interactions within parasite populations.

The programme gives students a theoretical and practical knowledge of parasitic biology, diseases caused by parasites such as malaria, parasites in connection with organic livestock production and parasitic significance in the health of animals and humans.

Graduates in parasitology hold positions within biotechnical research, as consultants in governmental and global aid organisations or as consultants in the food sector or the environmental field.
