The European Culinary Arts program immerses you into the world of Michelin and Gault Millau standards. It provides you with a foundation in European culinary philosophies, skills, traditions and modern trends. Building on this foundation, you develop yourself to greater heights in European Gourmet Cuisine and European Pastry and Chocolate. Additional management courses provide you with the necessary human and conceptual skills.
Like our alumni have become, you see yourself as personal chef of a private yacht owner, the sous-chef or executive chef of a Gault Millau establishment, a chef instructor of a culinary school or participating in culinary competitions being among the elite chefs in the world.
